"Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Worked in corporate world as first career, but began a new career - a real career - doing what I was meant to do and what I believed I'd enjoy doing.
Thomas was born in Port Glasgow, Scotland in 1926. Upon retiring, he had the good fortune to work with other artists at the Columbus Cultural Art Center for 5 years doing mostly portrait painting in either oil or watercolor.
Steve Baldwin has been creating wooden toys since the late 60’s. Now it is his career. Making wooden “toys” is still a labor of love and I hope to be doing it until I drop!
Forked Up Art is dedicated to being the "Fork Authority of the World", now creating pieces for the yard as well as the table, lamps and chandeliers, and jewelry made out of forks and spoons. "If it's done with forks and spoons, we want to be the ones doing it".
Most of my life I’ve enjoyed some form of crafting, but it was not until late in life that I discovered I could be creative. The craft comes from the Isle of Malta, where Ganutell flowers grace many churches, and are used as wedding favors, headdresses, etc.
